Survive the Apocalypse is a post-apocalyptic, rogue-like survival game.
The game is set in the aftermath of the apocalypse, and we are trying to survive in this world.
The game’s combat mechanics are turn-based, and when you enter a battle, you have three options: attack, wait or flee. We upgrade our character using various weapons, armour and helmets, either by gathering items from the environment or trading with other characters.
Of course, as it’s a survival game, there are certain aspects we need to keep an eye on. These include our hunger, health, sleep and stamina. We can keep these in balance using food and drink gathered from the environment or by using sleeping spots in certain parts of the map.
Even though we’re exploring a single city, there are many maps. Whilst the maps differ from one another, the activities we undertake are almost exactly the same. There isn’t much variation. For this reason, some players may find it repetitive.
We need to make the right choices. Otherwise, if we die, there’s no way to make up for it. We have to start the game all over again from the very beginning. That’s why it’s a game that requires careful play.
