The first things I noticed about the game were the smooth visuals and the animations. The visuals make the game look like a computer screen, creating a computer screen effect within a computer screen, which I really liked considering the game's narrative. The animations are also incredibly smooth and flow seamlessly, adding a really nice touch to the overall presentation.
The audio is just as impressive. The soundtrack is catchy and personally gave me a slight adrenaline rush as an army of viruses surrounded me.
Another aspect I enjoyed was the wide variety of upgrades available in the skill tree. Damage boosts, new weapons, different shield variants, the more you unlock, the stronger you become. Despite the simple controls and the repetitive feeling that can set in after extended play sessions, the game is solid and is one of the few indie games I actually found myself getting addicted to.
