In a recent ruling, an employment tribunal in the UK rejected blacklisting claims made by former employees of Rockstar Games, the studio behind Grand Theft Auto VI. The workers were terminated in autumn last year after Rockstar accused them of sharing sensitive company data through a public forum. The Industrial Workers of the World - Game Workers Union (IWGB) represented the dismissed employees in their case against union-busting allegations by Rockstar.
